Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment verification. Order processing is suspended on weekends and official public holidays. During peak shopping seasons, promotional events or holidays, slight processing delays may occur due to increased order volume.
Delivery Time
We provide global shipping services covering most countries and regions worldwide. The estimated delivery time is 12–18 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery time is for reference only and may be moderately affected by customs clearance progress, local logistics distribution efficiency, extreme weather, regional transportation adjustments and other objective uncontrollable factors.
Shipping Fees
StencilAether provides free worldwide standard shipping for all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. All orders will be delivered via our official standard logistics service. For individual extremely remote areas with limited logistics coverage, additional remote surcharges may be generated, and the exact fee will be automatically displayed on the checkout page before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 24 hours for the logistics system to synchronize and update the latest shipment status. If the tracking information fails to update normally, you can contact our customer service for timely verification.
Customs Duties & Taxes
All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes and official clearance fees charged by the destination country’s customs authority. All additional fees incurred during customs clearance are borne by the buyer. We strictly abide by international logistics regulations and truthfully declare product information and value for all orders.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not support delivery to PO boxes, military addresses, and remote areas without stable logistics coverage. We reserve the right to suspend, adjust or cancel orders that cannot be delivered normally due to regional shipping restrictions.
Lost & Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package and products immediately upon receipt. If you receive damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer service and provide valid photos or video evidence within 48 hours after delivery. For orders confirmed lost during transportation, we offer two free solutions: full product reshipment or complete order refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You can freely modify your shipping address or cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, no address modification, order cancellation or intercepting delivery is available. Any additional costs and losses caused by the buyer’s voluntary refusal to receive the package shall be borne by the buyer.
